We moved in to the new house a few days ago. It took 10 hours for the poor guys to move all our furniture. We have way too much stuff! At the weekend we positioned everything, put up a couple of cieling fans, hung some blinds and generally got things a little ship shape. The garage and house are still full of boxes to unpack though.

Cox messed up installation of our phone, cable and internet on Saturday and we only got it all sorted out yesterday (Tuesday), so now the TV, phone and computers are all set up and running.

We’ve almost figured out what all the light switches control! No kidding - we have way too many light switches, but we do have nice carriage lamps at the front of the house, an illuminated street number and those nifty night lights up the stairs when you decide you need a glass of water. Oh, we also have the new fridge hooked up too. The fridge was the only appliance that didn’t come with the house.
