Soooo cold!
I wish it would warm up. In ten years this is the coldest January that I can remember. When I got in the car this morning it registered 45F. Apparently the average minimum temperature for San Diego in January is 48.9F, but I couldn’t determine whether that was for the day or night. I am sure it was much colder than 45F last night. By the time I got to work an hour later, it was still a chilly 56F.
California has definitely turned me into a “girly-man”, as our Governor would put it. It was much much colder back in England. Either I am going soft or my poor bones cannot take the cold as I get older - or both. I wish Alaska would stop sending us their cold fronts. If I had wanted Alaskan weather I would have moved to Anchorage not San Diego!
Now.. where’s my nice hot cup of coffee…

What’s up with your cold weather?… What’s up with our HOT weather!? Here in Colorado the month of January has been a full 10F degrees warmer than average. That’s for both the highs and the lows. Your temps sound almost exactly like our temps. Send some of your cold weather our direction! I miss it.
