The Computer Phoenix
After returning 2 motherboards, one CPU and one power supply, my new system is finally booting… at least to the BIOS screens. I haven’t gotten as far as configuring the SATA RAID drives, or installing XP yet. Indications are that the power supply was at fault.
So, this weekend I hope to finish the setup and installation and be back in business. 
In honour of my struggles I think I shall break the habit of naming my system FIPPY and name this one PHOENIX.
